Enormous roof trusses for the gymnasium arrived on flatbed trucks in mid-January as steelworkers did their thing atop posts and beams. Amazing!

February brought the unveiling of the library-classroom exterior as well as continued steel and roofing progress on the gymnasium.

At the end of August, the exterior of the athletic wing comes into focus as well as the dramatic new entrance to the building.

As August came to a close, the new flooring in the existing gym was painted and sealed, the cafeteria was tiled, and the new corridor between the pool and gym was finished.

Watching the new gym floor being installed has been captivating for students and staff. The view from the "observation deck" has provided real insight into the method and craftsmanship of the installers.

Adjacent to the 1908 section, the exterior of the new auditorium (right) nears completion with the installation of stairs and grading.

A lesson in swinging arcs and ruling perpendiculars was put on by the crew taping and painting the new gymnasium floor in November.

Bleachers are being assembled in the new gymnasium during December.
