Afton Art Students Shine at Colorscape

      Afton art students had a strong showing at this year’s Colorscape Festival 2017 in Norwich. For the high school categories (9-12), Abigail B., Class of 2012, was awarded a first place prize for her painting titled Distant Mountain”. Demi G., Class of 2021, was also honored with a second place prize for her painting titled Morning Dew and Sarah K., Class of 2020,  received a second place for her pencil portrait drawing titled Rami Malek. In the middle school category, (7-8) Ashley S., Class of 2021,  took first place for her watercolor painting titled Abandoned. Congratulations to all of our talented art students for your achievements!
